Enjoy a pint, explore a Pyramid Sampler, or order a growler of brewery fresh beer to go. Pair your brew with a tasty selection off of our full menu of classic brew house cuisine.
The Alehouse is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek - a great place to gather for lunch, after shopping, or before a movie.

Everyday starting at 4 pm
Our tours offer a wealth of knowledge on the brewing process, the history of Pyramid Breweries, and of course, some tasty samples including Thomas Kemper Soda for those under 21. Tours generally last about 45 minutes.
Whether it's a special occasion, a corporate function or just an opportunity to gather with family and friends, the Pyramid Alehouse will make the occasion a truly special one for you and your guests. We are able to accommodate parties for appetizers and beverages, buffet meals or sit-down dinners in our Alehouse for groups of 15 to 300 people. Whenever possible we will tailor the event and space to the needs and desires of your group.
Pyramid merchandise, such as T-shirts, glassware, and great seasonal offerings available for sale. Also available is a wide variety of bottled beer and kegs to go.
From Highway 24 going east:
Take Mt. Diablo St Exit just before 680. Follow through to Locust St and turn left.
Just a few blocks down on right hand side, the brewery is on the corner of Locust and Cypress.
From I-680 going north:
Take the Olympic Blvd EXIT and turn right onto Olympic Blvd
Turn left onto California Blvd and then right onto Cypress St.
It's located on the corner of Cypress and Locust
From I-680 going south:
Take exit towards Walnut Creek/ Main St
Keep right at fork in the ramp
Merge onto N. Main St
Turn slight right onto N. California Blvd
Turn left onto Bonanza St
Turn right onto Locust St. It's located on the corner of Cypress and Locust.
