Apricot Soy Dipping Sauce

Beer(s): Audacious Apricot Ale

Perfect companion to the Pot Sticker recipe featuring Pyramid Apricot Ale

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Pyramid Audacious Apricot Ale
2 Tablespoons Mirin (rice wine)
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

For variation, add 1 Tablespoons shredded ginger root or minced garlic

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and chill. Yields one cup.
