Curve Ball Blonde Ale Brats

The perfect quick and easy summer grilling recipe featuring Pyramid's summer seasonal, Curve Ball.
Ingredients:
4 Bratwursts
1 cup Pyramid Curve Ball Blonde Ale
1/2 cup water
4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
4 Hoagie Rolls
Other Condiments as Desired
Instructions:
Prepare Grill to Medium Heat. Prick Bratwurst three times. Place Brats into a skillet. Add the beer and water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn the temperature down and simmer Brats for 10 minutes. Remove from skillet.
On preheated grill, arrange the Brats. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side or browned, only turning the Brats once. Brush left over beer (about 1/3 cup) on Brats as they cook. Brats are cooked when they are no longer pink in the center.
Remove from grill and place in toasted hoagie rolls. Add mustard and other condiments as desired, and enjoy!
