| We store our malt in both large outdoor Grain Silos and smaller 50lb. sacks: pale barley and wheat malts are kept in the former, our specialty malts (of which we use lesser quantities) in the latter. |

In either case, before brewing, we crush all our malts in a Grist Mill, which cracks open their husks and exposes the starches within. After milling, an auger delivers the crushed grains into a holding vessel called a "Grist Case." |
