Hefeweizen Beer Can Chicken

Chicken
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 12oz can Pyramid Hefeweizen
Spice Rub
- 2 tbl salt
- 2 tbl granulated garlic
- 1 tbl celery seed
- 1 lemon, juiced
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees
- Pat the chicken dry and rub the spice mixture over evenly
- Pierce three holes in the top of the can and carefully place the can into the chicken, pierced side first
- Roast for 35 minutes
- Remove can and cut the chicken in half; place on a heated grill to char the skin – enjoy!
