Hefeweizen Jerk Chicken

- ½ cup Hefeweizen
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ cup garlic, minced
- 1 habanero, minced
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 pounds chicken breast
Directions:
Preparation
Combine Hefeweizen and all other ingredients, except the chicken, in a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Place the chicken in the bowl and marinate, covered in the refrigerator, for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
Heat grill to medium high and grill chicken for 5 minutes on each side, or until done.
