Salad with Lemon Curve Ball Vinaigrette
Serves 4
Vinaigrette Ingredients
3 fl oz. Curve Ball Blonde Ale
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup white vinegar
½ tbl dijon mustard
½ bunch chives, minced
½ bunch parsley, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1 lemon, juiced
Salt & Pepper to taste
For serving
1 head of lettuce or large bunch of fresh salad greens
Directions:
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together while slowly adding the olive oil.
Toss with fresh salad greens and serve immediately.
