Snow Cap Marinated Flat Iron Steak

Serves 5
  • 1 Flat Iron Steak (approximately 2 lbs)
Marinade:
  • 1 bottle Snow Cap (12oz)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup garlic, minced
  • ½ bunch green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbl black pepper
Directions: 

Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Add the Flat Iron Steak and let marinade, covered and in the fridge, for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours. Steak can be grilled on a BBQ or broiled in the oven. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side for medium rare. After cooking, let steak rest for 5 minutes. Slice meat against the grain for extra tenderness. Simmer extra marinade for 5 to 10 minutes, drizzle over steak, and serve.
