OFFICIAL RULES
PYRAMID BREWERIES "HOP ADVENTURE" SWEEPSTAKES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE, OR OLDER, TO ENTER.

ENTRY:
Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:01AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 01/01/12 and ends at 11:59PM EST on 03/31/12 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, visit www.pyramidbrew.com/HopAdventure, provide the requested information on the entry form, and submit. No purchase is necessary to enter but an internet connection is required. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Limit: one (1) entry per week (Sunday thru Saturday) per person or email address. If multiple entries are received from the same person or email address during any one-week period (Sunday thru Saturday), only the first entry will be accepted. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited. Entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open to legal US residents of AZ, AR, CO, DC, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MD, MO, MT, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and WY who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Pyramid Brewing Co., ("Sponsor"), alcoholic beverage licensees, Sponsor's advertising/promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, and any other entity involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family/household members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) whether related or not, are ineligible to participate.

DRAWING/PRIZE:
One (1) winner ("Winner") will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or around 04/04/12 from all eligible entries received. The Winner will be initially notified via phone or e-mail and then in writing via some form of home delivery. The Winner will receive the following prize package ("Prize"): (i) hotel accommodations for the Winner and three (3) guests (each a "Guest") for 5 days and 4 nights (based on two standard rooms, double occupancy) in Yakima Valley and Seattle, Washington (2 nights in Yakima Valley and 2 nights in Seattle; Sponsor to choose hotels), (ii) round trip transportation (see below) for four (4) from the Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Seattle, Washington, (iii) $500 allowance for local travel between Seattle and Yakima Valley, (iv) four (4) tickets to the Yakima Valley Fresh Hop Ale Festival to be held on 10/06/12, (v) $1000 allowance for meals, (vi) a "hop farm" tour for the Winner and Guests, (vii) one (1) one-day VIP tour for the Winner and Guests at the Pyramid Brewery to include a meet and greet with the master brewer at Pyramid Breweries, and (viii) one (1) Pyramid branded tent. If Winner's residence is located within 150 miles of Seattle, Washington, (as determined by Sponsor), Winner will receive, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation selected by Sponsor for four (4) from Winner's residence to Seattle, Washington. If Winner's residence is located 150 miles or more from Seattle, Washington, (as determined by Sponsor), Winner will receive round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) to Seattle, Washington from the international airport closest to Winner's residence. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $6,520.00 but will vary depending on the location of Winner's residence and the mode transportation awarded. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, taxes, additional transportation, taxis, insurance, meals, beverages, gratuities, room service, other services, other events, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No alcohol is being awarded as a Prize.

CONDITIONS:
Hotel accommodations, tickets to the Yakima Valley Fresh Hop Ale Festival, the hop farm tour, and the brewery tour valid only October 3, 2012 to October 7, 2012. The Winner and each Guest must be 21 years of age or older. Winner and Guests must use the Prize at the same time. Guests have no independent rights to the Prize. In the event that the Winner does not use any portion of the Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution, reimbursement, or compensation provided. The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale or auction, and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Prize or any component of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of the Prize of equal or greater value. Components of the Prize are to be used as directed by Sponsor and no refunds or value will be provided if any component of the Prize is not or cannot be used, or is otherwise declined. Winner and Guests will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release and return it within five (5) days after receipt. If Sponsor is unable to contact a Winner within five (5) days from the first notification attempt, or if the Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, (ii) is found to be ineligible, (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, or (iv) cannot use the Prize on the dates indicated, his/her Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The acceptance/use of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. A purchase will not increase a chance of winning.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical/transmission difficulties, or for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winner is responsible for all taxes and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued in excess of $600.00. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules. The Winner and Guests also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Headings are provided for convenience only. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person, including, without limitation, transportation carriers and any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with the Prize, or for delays or cancellations including, but not limited to, those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, inclement weather, or Acts of God. Winner and Guests will abide by all rules set forth by any public or private venue in connection with the Prize and Sponsor is not responsible for the Winner and Guests at any time after acceptance of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information caused by printing, technical or human errors which may occur during the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or the theft, loss, or destruction of entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an "Intervening Cause"), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period, or otherwise award the Prizes through a drawing from all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor's opinion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by Washington law and resolved in courts sitting in King County, Washington. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental and consequential damages. Personal information provided to participate in the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy found at www.nabreweries.com. With regard to the Prize being awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Void where prohibited.
