Sweet and Spicy Outburst IPA Ribs

When you make the firm decision to make ribs at home, you should make sure that you have two things: beer, and a lot of time. In this case we recommend some Outburst IPA, our bold and ambitious Imperial IPA that is loaded with juicy hop flavors and a great malt balance. Outburst will be your sidekick while you cook, along with one of the most important ingredients in the sauce. Take your time, open a beer for the sauce and one for yourself, and enjoy the process of turning a rack of ribs into a true thing of beauty.

The key to the world’s best at-home ribs is cooking them low and slow, a process that your oven will handle far better than your high-and-hot grill. Once you’ve taken the time to make a beer-based barbeque mop sauce, and cook your ribs for hours in a low-heat oven, you will know the magic of this method.

Thanks to our friend Jackie Dodd at The Beeroness for putting together this easy, stay at home recipe.
